​​I started out taking my own first born to a baby massage class when he was 6 weeks old.  I loved learning more about my baby through each massage stroke, and soon realised it was about so much more.  The bonding, connection and closeness I felt by taking time out each week really helped in those first few months of having a baby and being a new mum.  The supportive environment, meeting other parents at the same stage of motherhood (who I am still in touch with!) and getting a hot cup of tea and some cake made this class a highlight of the week.

Another baby, and a relocation from Edinburgh to Belfast, felt like the right time to become certified in Baby and Infant Massage and start offering my own classes.  I took the course early 2024, and after running my own class and completing the course I became a fully certified Baby and Infant Massage Instructor in August 2024 with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).
