Classes
Classes run weekly over 5 weeks, where you will learn the origins and benefits of baby massage and massage strokes for each part of the body. There will also be time to chat about all things baby and parenting.

Classes are for babies and infants up to 1 year old.
​
You will receive:
- Massage oil to use within the class
- Weekly handouts of the strokes covered in each class

This class takes place in my home in the Knockbracken/Cairnshill/Four Winds area of South Belfast (BT8).

HOST YOUR OWN CLASS
Do you have a group of friends with little ones at the same age? Would you like to host a class in your home?

A host your own class will run exactly like a group class.
​
Cost: £40 for a block of 5 classes (host receives the class for free!)

ONE TO ONE BABY, INFANT OR CHILD MASSAGE
While there are so many benefits to a group class, there may be reasons for wanting to learn baby and infant massage 1:1. Please get in touch, I would be happy to discuss this option with you.

You may have an older child (up to the age of 7) with differing needs, such as a neurodisability or a medical condition, or have adopted a young child and want to explore massage. My training combined with my experience working with families in a variety of settings means I am sensitive to parents needs and would be delighted to chat with you.​ Please get in touch to discuss.
